Sellers advertising their Gig in Buyer Request?

I’m curious, why do some sellers advertise their own Gigs in Buyer Request? Something like:
“I want a minimalist logo like this: https://byt.blablabla.com” And it takes you to their Gig main page.
Even if they get more views, it just means they break their conversion rate and make it even worse.
Only organic views matter (people that saw your gig and clicked on it because they were interested in some way). Click baiting will only make it worse. A lot worse if you find idiots like me who report you for it 🙂
