Issue with withdrawing money on PayPal

Hello, I am a seller on Fiverr and have been working for a few months. I don’t regularly promote my gig or advertise, but I make sure to respond to requests as soon as I receive them. Over the past few months I have made a few sales and have been looking to withdraw my first funds. First, I created a PayPal account to withdraw my money on. Next, I went to the Fiverr mobile app on my phone and tried to withdraw my funds. It came up with a message saying that the first fund withdrawal must be on the Fiverr website. So I went to the Fiverr website on my phone and it had no options to withdraw funds! I then went on to my MacBook and tried withdrawing funds on the Fiverr website. This time, there was an option saying withdraw with PayPal account. However, whenever I click on it it comes up with the same message.

I have tried multiple times over the past few days and cannot get past this point. I have tried on other computers, but it still will not work. My network connection is very strong, so that shouldn’t be the problem. I even went a step farther, and tried at several of my friend’s houses, but I always get the same message.

I would really appreciate if somebody could help me out and explain how to fix this because I really like working for Fiverr, but will stop if I cannot make any money.
