Can't withdraw from fiverr

I have a team mate on fiverr who can’t withdraw his funds. Even though his revenue card was connected, whenever he tries to withdraw, it brings out a “Network Error” pop-up message.
He has contacted support, cleared cookies and cache, used another browser, used incognito mode, etc, all to no avail.
Has this happened to anyone before? Please help.
