Hello, Cannot Add Gig Photos

I’m not sure of where to go, I’m new here. I have tried to research some of the topics here, and on google but i am not finding anything. There is a size limit of 550x370 for photos and everytime I try to upload something at that size it says it’s too big. I’ve tried other sizes and they still say the same thing, even if i try 72 dpi or 300 dpi. Google instructions don’t help either. How can I get anything uploaded so I can get started please? This is very frustrating after two hours of searching. Thanks.

@artseechick this not frustrating, when you save your GIG image you just try to save it low resolution then upload.
