Order Completion rate down. (Please help me)

Toady for a problem my buyer cancle his order. Now my order completion rate goes to 95%. Now how to I can incress it and make it 100%. Can anybody give me a suggestation? And can I face any problem for order completion rate 95%?

every 60 days its automatic increase completion rate and also when you complete your order then increase stape buy stape
