How to attach file in Gig requirement section?

Hello,
I have made a form on word for taking order details from buyers. How can I attach that form in my gig “requirement” section?

You can’t as far as I know.

Best option would be to use the included text boxes you can make in the requirements, and use that as a form. You also have multiple options there - but you can’t attach a file in the requirements as a seller.

Also, if you forced your buyers to download and upload a file just to fill in the requirements, you would make things overly complicated for the buyer - so why would you want to do this in the first place?

Why would you do so? you can create that form from fiverr itself. Fiverr provides all the features you need.
