You’re saying the order time has been extended, but that the client doesn’t know about the option to extend the time?If the order time has been extended, this requires your buyer to accept the request for more time. So if the order time has been extended already, the buyer already knows about the possibility, and I don’t see the problem?If you need to extend the time, but are having problems explaining this to your buyer, I would think the Resolution Center explains this quite clearly to the buyer. You’re saying your client accepted the request for more time, but he doesn’t understand how he do that?The solution to giving more time is:You have to send a request for more time via the Resolution Center.The client will receive a request in their notification to accept or decline the request.If the buyer accepts your request, the order time will automatically be added. 3 Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...
