Can I tell buyer about portfolio image when order submitting?

Hello,
I am a web developer. I can want to attach the final delivery image of any work at my gig as a live portfolio image.

But the problem is the buyer doesn’t understand it in maximum time.

So Is it okay to tell buyers to permit my image as a portfolio?
Will it break TOS ?
Or how can I request buyers to get the maximum delivered images as live portfolio without breaking TOS?
