How to increase rating? That went down

Does any one know the process of increasing the rating of particular gig? I’m not asking the profile rating. I know profile ratings are going up if you keep receiving good ratings. But for one particular gig? Let’s say i’ve got 4.9 for a gig and will it never go up or it will? If yes How many 5 star ratings should i get to take my ratings up? Any expert can advice?
