Some work samples appear on my gig live portfolio and some don't

I want to know the reason why some of the delivered work samples appear on my gig live portfolio and some don’t…

Is it related to delivering late ?
is it related to when the buyer don’t respond so the order get automatically completed ??
Is it related to the order’s cost… 5$ order doesn’t appear on the gallery but 30$ order appears ???

I don’t really understand this
I need someone to explain

The buyer can choose not to have their delivery published in your portfolio along with their review. That is why some of your work ends up in the portfolio, while others don’t.
