If you Switch to Selling on the Fiverr main page and then click More you will see Buyer Requests in the drop down menu.

If you can’t see it you need to reduce the zoom in your browser settings on the right hand side.

Click on More > Buyers Requests in the main menu on Fiverr.com

Keep in mind this is only one way to get work. You should also optimize your gig, have a good gig video, and a good description.

At the moment your gig description is in Russian? This just won’t do. You need to have a great, English description in your gig.

As @smashradio advised you need to write your gig description in English, as most buyers will not understand Russian and what you are offering, so they will just move on to another gig.

If you want to write it in Russian also that is fine.
