My order turned from active to Paused

Hello. since i am new to fiverr i had hired a develop to do complete some task but unfortunately my active order turned to paused does this mean he was unable to do the task or what should i do thank you in advance.

Hi. Actually, it sounds like your buyer request was paused. An order doesn’t get “paused” - it can get cancelled, but I’m sure you would know if that was the case. Since you’re using the word “paused” I’m assuming you’re actually talking about your buyer request.

The buyer requests works like this:

You can post a listing for a job, and sellers can post replies to your request. From those replies, you can pick out the one you think is best suited for your task, and start the order process with that seller.

If a request is active for a certain period of time, and you didn’t pick a seller, the request may become paused.

You didn’t say if you actually placed and paid for any orders, so until I know a bit more about your issue I can’t say much else.
