I got second warning but i didn't share any details on fiverr

First warning i got for sharing email to my client because my job is based on that. first warning i got on 3 or 4 October and today after 2 days again i got second warning for conversion outside fiverr. The worst experience here. I didn’t take any conversion out side fiverr. I contact support i hope i can got solution. Can anyone help me with this?

I already read everything and i didn’t violate any ToC. Don’t know why getting another warning in 2 days.
