Response Rate is down

My fiverr response rate is down what can i do and this is can effect my level one batch…? Anyone can give a good suggestion.

You can raise your response rate by responding to all new messages within 24 hours.

Yep, if you don’t respond to messages within 24h it does lower your response rate unfortunately. If you want to level up, I think you have to keep it above 90%.
