How to find "post a request option"?

I am a seller. I want to buy services from the seller but I have no “post a request” option. How to find “post a request option” ?? please help me

If you go to the Fiverr main page as a buyer (Switch to Selling will appear at the top of the page) you will see Post a Request on the left hand side.

Did you select the Switch to Selling at the top right side of the page next to your picture?

Once you do on the left side about two inches below the header is a message that says.
Hi porag_shikdher.

Get offers from sellers
for your project.

Then there is a blue button that says:
Post a Request

it is missing . how can i get it

from fiverr top right corner with your profile picture click on switch seller and it will convert it to buyer then click on your profile picture and there you find post request option.
