krisdrawsthings
Hi! I’ve been selling on Fiverr for a little over a year now, but this is my first time posting to the forums, so excuse me if this post is in the wrong place or if my question has already been answered. I’ve been doing solely digital art/graphic design since I started selling, so I’m not too familiar with some aspects of Fiverr I’ve never used. I received a custom request this morning for a cross stitch, which I would love to do, but I don’t know exactly how shipping on Fiverr works. Creating an offer for the request doesn’t seem to have any options for shipping, so how should I accept the buyer’s offer so that the delivery is a shipped item and not a digital file? Thanks! ducktheunicorn
It looks like you need to use the tracking number as your delivery. I haven’t done this myself but pulled this from the TOS.
misscrystal
Hello, it’s a big pain to do physical shipping if it is to a foreign country. Sure you can do it but it’s not ideal as far as a way to do sales on fiverr, since you will be trying to guesstimate shipping costs, timing of when it will arrive, the possibility it won’t arrive, tracking numbers which may or may not be available, etc. It’s doable, but it’s much more work and there is more that can go wrong.
