Order completion - need your advice

Hi, so today one of the buyers ordered me the same thing twice by accident. I sent him back the order cancellation request for one of them so that he wouldn’t have to pay money twice. However, my order completion percentage went down. Is there any way to help it?

When buyer orders by accident never send him order cancellation. On this situation contact customer support department to cancel the order to avoid order completion drop.
