Delivery time almost up and buyer doesn't confirm

My delivery time is almost over and I am still waiting for customers confirmation to send delivery files. I wanted to know is it better to send the files and complete order even if he doesn’t reply before the time is up and if he wants to do modifications later I do it for small amount of charge or what should I do? It is my first order and I am afraid I would get a late delivery.

If the work you were hired to do is complete, deliver the files. If you offer revisions, and the buyer wishes to use one of those revisions, he/she can request it.

There is no need to hold onto the files if the work is finished.
