I already told him that as well multiple times. He might never get a reply, as we all told him, as he violated the TOS. I told him to wait for customer support…

This same thing happened to me some days ago, they paused my all gigs and restricted my account, i contacted the CS, and shown them related gigs, they removed the warning from my account and un-restrict my account.
