About Extending Delivery time

HI, a Buyer put order. i said that i need to extend the delivery time. he agree.

is there way to increase delivery time from buyer end. or only seller can request to extend the delivery time from resolution center.

kindly let me know, how can i extend delivery time in proper way. can it be from buyer side or seller side?

You should use the Resolution Center, as it’s you who is making the request of the buyer. The buyer will then be informed of your request, and can approve it at their end.

The buyer might be able to, I can’t say with 100% certainty that they can’t. But you can, and it would achieve your goal, and would be the correct way to do it.

Yep, just ask the seller to send a deadline extension request using the resolution centre 👍
