Withdrawal to Paypal - fiverr treats my laptop as a phone?

Hi, I’m attempting to withdraw my earnings from Fiverr to Paypal for the first time ever. But every time I click on the “Paypal Account” button, it seems that it’s treating my laptop as a phone because it says:

Network Problem
You seem to be unable to receive the verification code. There might be a problem with your network connectivity*.
Please try again later.
*Please verify that your phone is connected to your network and restart your phone before trying again.

What is happening? And how can finally withdraw my earnings? Thanks

Did you check the Internet connection to your laptop? You can also check what web browser you’re using.
