Fake accounts drop rate of my account

Order completion rate is dropped after fake account ordered my gig and canceled by fiverr customer support before I get any action is this fair.

That doesn’t sound fair at all. I thought that orders canceled by CS do not count toward the completion rate? Can someone chime in with his/her own experience?
