The article above will help understand how buyer requests work and there are a lot of other articles here that will give you additional information (see here, on fiverr tips: https://forum.fiverr.com/c/Fiverr-Tips).What I can tell you (I’m new here too) is that buyer requests appear at random times throughout the day and you need to revisit the page a lot (really A LOT) to be luck to find some and make your offers.Best of luck to all of us.
