Cant reply to messages

for some reason. I get messages on fiverr who are interested in my gig and I cant reply for some reason. had six people message me and it keeps giving me this response. (username) can no longer be contacted. This will not affect your response rate. cant even click on anything either. what’s with this? also cant even see the message they sent me

This means that the users contacting you likely either deleted their accounts, or were banned by Fiverr. If a user is banned, or no longer has an account, you won’t be able to send them messages or replies.

Had the same thing happen to me. I thought it may be some kind of bug, so I contacted Fiverr CS. I was informed that these buyers were banned from Fiverr because of spamming (or something in a similar vein)… Nothing you can do about! 😐

Totally! I doubt blocking would deter a lot of these people from acting this way, but you never know! Plus, by not engaging with them, we won’t give them the impression that their behavior is effective. We don’t want to enable these people.
