Disable account. Pending cleareance fund

I have account that have been disabled by fiverr. In that account i have 72$ on pending clearance fund. Does that fund can i withdraw ?. Or only the clear fund ?. Well at least i can get my earning. And fiverr can disabled my account.

In the terms of service that you signed that you read it and understood it says that your earnings will be available after 90 days and you will have to reach out to custom support to request to withdraw them
