Refund request submit page not working

To reach Fiverr support, submit a ticket. To do this, click the link below then scroll down until you see a button saying “Contact Us”. Explain the situation to CS, and hopefully they’ll resolve the issue.

Okay when I get to the area that says what can we help you with and I select payments then what? I select that and nothing happens.

I think that Paypal is the one who issues the refund, not fiverr.
Fiverr has a policy of not communicating with anyone who gets a Paypal refund, in other words, opens a dispute with a Paypal charge.

You should check on your Paypal account and see if the refund appears there. You can also call Paypal by searching on google for the phone number. They are very good about answering the phone.

Yes, misscrystal I’ve already opened a PayPal dispute. That’s when Fiverr had a fit and temporarily disabled my account.

And that’s your reason why your account is blocked. It’s clearly written that fiverr doesn’t tolerate any chargebacks and you’ll do it your account will be banned right away.

You wouldn’t see refund because as any chargeback PayPal first opens a dispute and holding money giving time for fiverr to respond. So you might want to read not only fiverr TOS but also PayPal TOS.

Anyway, send them a new email to the address that @ahmwritingco suggested only that way you will receive an answer. (not the “account banned “email )

The contact and ticket summit links were not working, and no number to call, not to mention I couldn’t even upload a photo to the seller of my logo. At least the contact link is working now.

With this site having so many terrible issues I don’t see how the sellers make any money.

If you refund an order via PayPal you get banned automatically. This is to stop PayPal users repeatedly doing this to get work free of charge.

Are you saying that a seller is still working on an order you have tried to have refunded?

This is the first time I’ve heard of someone doing a chargeback and having their account not banned.

If you paid twice then you should have two orders. You could have simply asked the seller to cancel one of the orders without even contacting customer support.

Lol people don’t read the OP and assume there own conclusion.

I made a double payment by mistake and the seller quickly refunded one of the payments and I got a credit back to my Fiverr account $185. But I need the funds to go back to my bank account and not a credit!

It’s obvious I wasn’t trying to scam anyone and the seller got paid just fine.

No we understood that perfectly. And no one assumed that you tried to scam anyone, that happens quite often.

We just trying to explain to you what you did wrong and you seem to be ignoring it.

All you had to do is to reach out to fiverr CS and ask them to send you credit back to your bank account, that’s it.

You initiating a chargeback is breaking fiverr TOS

And as with any dispute you wouldn’t see money back to your bank account immediately as both sides need to provide details for this dispute before bank will release this money to you.

I did try to contact customer service. However the contact us link was not working as well as the request ticket link. And there’s no customer service number to call.

What a horrible business model this site has for customer service. Oh wait what customer service I have yet to see any proof of that.

Fiverr temporarily disabled my account because I open a dispute with PayPal for a refund because I paid twice but their refund page is not working so how the hell am I supposed to get a refund than? No phone number no support email WTH?

So you got a refund from the seller and then did a Paypal chargeback to get the money back from fiverr.

You are lucky you were only temporarily banned. So at this point why are you still trying to contact fiverr support?

You got the refund and you still have your fiverr account.
