Did not get withdraw email! need help!

Hello everybody,
This is my first time to withdraw but facing too much problem! The first problem was “Network Problem” I contact with support and solved it. But now facing another issue. After clicking Bank Transfer and put phone verification on the box, it’s supposed to get an email from Fiverr to move on the next step but I did not get any email from Fiverr.
What should I do now? Wait 24 hours and try again or contact the CS?
