OH NOOO ! Fiverr deducted commission from my tip

I delivered a project to client few day ago. Project was to write ‘a business promotional script’ for a minicab company in London. After payment successfully, Fiverr took commission as usual.
But when client saw my professional level work they liked that sooo much and got satisfied.
and reward me $5 tip with 5 star reviews in enthusiasm but Fiverr took commission in this tip also…😭

Please read the Fiverr Terms of Service. Fiverr keeps 20% of all tips. This is normal, and yes, it is how Fiverr is intended to operate.

Fiverr sees tips as part of your earnings. And from all your earnings fiverr takes a commission, whether it’s the price of the gig or a tip, it doesn’t matter.
