What do I do if I cannot withdraw funds from Paypal?

Hello.

I recently attempted to withdraw my funds into my Paypal account ($40). This is prior to the realization that you are required to be +18 to use Paypal. I am currently 16, thus unable to withdraw the money sent from Fiverr.

I’m wondering - what will happen to the money now? Will it be sent back to my Fiverr account, will it go away, or will Paypal hold onto it until I am able to withdraw the funds? If the money is put into my Fiverr account, are there any ways for me to withdraw it from there while I am 16?

TL;DR: I am unable to accept funds sent from Fiverr to Paypal; is there anything I can do?
