ogustavogama
After a customer gave me the information for his idea I stipulated a price based on my regular gig prices between my second and third tier, but after rereading the customer prompt I realized I made a mistake and should have charged less (my first tier price). The client didn’t notice the error and accepted the price, but is there anyway where I can lower it before I deliver? This is a recurring client and I wouldn’t want him to notice and think I’m ripping him off.
eoinfinnegan
There’s no easy way to do this. You would literally have to cancel and have them reorder.I’d suggest saying that you made an error and will take the difference off their next order.

I’ll try going above and beyond this time and next time cut him a discount
