Delivering a Source file is not a good idea in the Initial Delivery?❓❓❓

Hi, I’m a Logo Designer I do Provide AI Source file in every Order. But in the initial delivery May the buyer Don’t like the designs or he/she is looking for a revision. Also in some cases buyer don’t like the designs and asking for a Refund, It’s may be Intentional & Unintentional. On that case Delivering a Source file is not a good idea in the initial delivery.

So is there any other option If I deliver the Source file When the buyer conform the final logo ?

if it’s included you have to deliver it for the initial files as well , according to the TOS you have to deliver full/complete work

Client can’t download source file before he accept the delivery. 😉 So he won’t be able to get the file if he cancel the order or request a revision. 😉

As far as I know it has been like this for last 2-3 years. From help center:

• If the buyer didn’t select the source file extra, you still have the option to upload source files when delivering and it will be offered for sale.
• Files will not be available for download unless paid for by the buyer. We recommend that you upload the source files in every delivery.

that’s strange… a few days ago I uploaded the source files along with the rest of the files and the buyer was able to download them… he even said that is is able to customize them that’s why I was asking… who knows

Hmm and you did upload it under Source files section or maybe you uploaded with other files by mistake maybe?
