Possibly in that 164+ job post buyer got a more interesting offer than yours. Time to reconsider your Job application. You should add more specific info mentioning how you going assist on their project. How ever, Fiverr is not a bidding platform, instead of bidding on Buyer Request you should focus on your Gig appearance. You should add more work sample on your gig.
