timmeares
So i hired a seller to create me a twitch overlay with original art/logo customized. So far every image they have sent me has been on 8+ pages of google when i search that image. It is copyrighted and numerous people have used it. What can i do so that I don’t lose out on my money. I probably will never use fiverr again after looking through all the different designers almost all of their “sample” work is just rip off copy and paste from google.
humanissocial
Cancel the order and get your money back. If you can’t, contact customer service. This is a breach of ToS and Fiverr will likely refund you.
coerdelion
Is it actually copyrighted? It may be a stock image from one of the copyright free sites that supply those types of images.Seems at least possible if they’re images that appear on several sites. But since you haven’t asked for a stock image, but an original one, you should cancel the order as @humanissocial has suggested.
