It is not allowed. By doing so you will risk your account.

Suggest you read the Terms of Service at the bottom of the Fiverr main page where helping with academic work is listed as a violation.

Also refer your buyer to the Terms of Service.

It sounds like you are thinking of doing homework for a student. I read on the Forum once that a student had a Fiverr seller do his assingnment for him and he got an F which means he failed. What would happen if a buyer was not happy with the homwork/assignment you did for them and asked for a cancellation or even reported you to CS! The outcome could be drastic for you.

In addition, I have seen a post here on the Forum about fake gigs that Fiverr has crreated. What if they chose to test you?

You were given the advice of others on this forum yet you still want to ask a question like this?!?! Sounds like you are looking for a loophole. All i can say is, if you do decide to do it and your account gets banned, don’t act like people didn’t warn you in advance. Good luck.

Do not test Fiverr. If they say anything related to academic work is not allowed, then don’t try to create a gig that offers help with homework assignments.

This seems like a common sense issue to me. Just don’t do it.

I am not convinced that you’re “asking for your friend”.

You specifically asked, in your first message:

You are asking for you, and, I think, you might have changed your story as a way to cover that fact that many of us have told YOU not to do this. DO NOT help people with their homework. It is 100% against the rules, no matter who you claim it is that wants to do this.

A lot of people don’t like it when a random stranger calls them “friend”, and sending a kiss to someone you don’t know and who doesn’t know you can be seen as highly inappropriate. This is a forum related to a platform for professionals, after all, not a dating site.

I asked CS about academic work for college students. There reply was that we could do a thesis and dissertations, and that is all. You may want to ask CS about a Bachelors/Masters research report, though. Also, if they say yes save the e-mail for proof in the future in case a problem arises.

EDIT: CS said I could proofread dissertations and thesis, NOT write them. 😉

Just to clarify something, in case someone misunderstood: it’s allowed to proofread a thesis or a dissertation, not to write them or assist in writing them.

Well, in all honesty, we are some of the senior most (long-time) users of  this forum, as well as two well-established, successful selllers on Fiverr. By those two traits alone, @catwriter and I do know a few more things than most newer users on this forum. I'm sad to hear that you didn't appreciate our honest insight (from THREE YEARS AGO).
