My customer is not accepting their delivered order

I delivered my customer’s order within the timeframe. A few days have now passed and they haven’t accepted it. Does this mean I’m not getting paid?

Buyers have 3 days to check and accept the delivery, so you should be getting the notification any time now if it’s been a few days alrady (perhaps it felt like longer than it actually was ;))
If they don’t check, accept and complete the order actively, it will auto-complete.
Remember that you won’t get paid right away but the revenue will be in your clearance list and you’ll be able to withdraw 14 days after order completion (level 0-2) or 7 days after order completion (TRS, Pro).

if the customer does request revisions, after 3 days the order will be marked as complete and you will get paid.
