Yesterday my 1 order cancel of $5 and it’s dropdown my rating to 89%. Today I completed my $10 order with 5 star review and it increase only 1%. 89% to 90% it sucks man.

Ratings are defined by averages over the course of 60 days. Complete more orders in the next 60 days, and your cancellation rating will improve.

In the last 2 months, you had completed 8 orders and canceled 1 order. This comes to an order completion % of 89% ((8/9)*100 = 89).

Today, after completing one more order, you had 9 orders completed and 1 order canceled. This comes to an order completion % of 90% ((9/10)*100 = 90). It’s just math. :man_facepalming:

Imagine the buyer who got your order canceled dropping a review that says, “this seller sucks!” That won’t be fair right? That’s how it feels with the title you gave to this post.
