First Cancelled Order

Experienced my first cancelled order today. Now I know why people on the forum get so upset over things like this. I am a video editor and sent him screenshots exactly of what I was doing which he approved of, (I even underpriced the order because I forgot to change my pricing on the gig). When I sent him the video, he said it was nothing like he wanted and that I was unqualified and immediately cancelled… Now I’m at 89% order completion rate and won’t be able to level up on Saturday.
