Can the order be reversed after completion

I delivered to buyer and he didn’t ask for a revision through proper process, we were having conversation and i was showing him some new logo concepts and we both lost track of the order automatic completion in 3 days if buyer doesn’t request a revision. Now i am feeling bad for the buyer. I wanted to know can the order be reversed from completion.

There is no way to reverse an order from completion. If the buyer wants a revision and you want to do it, even after the order is completed, you can do that revision and attach it in the message box.

It’s great that you’re honest and attentive! I second what @miiila says. You’ll just have to submit it through the general message thread, not the order thread because that closes when the order closes.
