Kindly solve the problem I am in trouble

From last night it happens to me but why i [2019-09-11%20(2)] don’t understand .Can anyone please tell me that ? always show one active buyer request but it remain always empty and don’t show any buyer request .

Maybe nobody has made any requests

First it was only 1 active request, now it’s 2 active requests but in reality, there is no active request.

 

 

Not sure if it’s a bug or not.
