Can I have a website with my username?

Hi Everyone,
Can I have a website and promote my services on my own website? For example, my username is (example), can I have a website with (example.com) with same services on my own website. I will not promote my website on my Fiverr account. But I will redirect visitors from my website to my Fiverr Account.
Is it possible, what do you think?

As long as everything on your site points back to FIverr. Their can not be a way for people to communicate with you off the platform.
