Data Entry gig to "Sign up for some legit survey websites"

Is this against the TOS? I received a message for it, and I want to be sure it isn’t against any rules considering it’s against the rules to go somewhere else for gigs, but I wasn’t sure if they pay you on Fiverr if it’s okay.
