I have a client problem

Hello guys!
I have a problem with a recent buyer, he purchased my gig 12 days ago and wanted from me to create an ecommerce website. He was giving feedback once in three days and never replying. I did a very hard work for the price but he doesnt understand. Delivered the order 5 times and even argued for closing the deal, he threatened that will rate me low and insulted me! I dont know i have made some money on fiverr and i dont want my reputation to be destroyed by someone. Its been 12 days and he isnt replying he just request revisions on my deliveries. Any suggestion will be appreciated, thanks!!

Hi

If you’ve done as your client asked, delivered and revised as requested then I suggest you contact CS with screenshots of the conversation … and the suggestion that he just doesn’t want to pay.

Make sure when you deliver again that you explain to the buyer that you have delivered what they ordered and any further revisions will incur an extra fee.

Don’t agree to cancel. You’ve done the work and deserve to be paid.

This is getting even worse , fiverr flagged me for “abusing with delivery button”. God this is making me consider leaving this all. The worse experience i have had online.

Has he used the revision button and you re- delivered the same thing each time?

Or did you deliver more than once even without him using the revision button?

I did deliver the changed product everytime, but he was asking we need to test paypal payment, saying u should purchase my product and see if that works…

I had the impression that if the client asks for a revision you can use the delivery button to re-deliver the project.

Did you ever use the delivery button more than one time when he did NOT use the revision button first?

This is the first I’ve heard of being flagged for abusing the delivery button.

I think it’s the issue of empty delivery

Your job is not to buy his product unless that was agreed to before he ordered. I think you could inform CS of that fact so they could see he is unreasonable.

It’s WooCommerce, I suppose. As long as their Paypal account is configured correctly, it works.

Their business, not yours.

I have found the answer to what constitutes “abuse of the delivery button” so it’s important to understand this and not repeat the same mistake:

Your account was flagged for using the delivery button to send incomplete, partial, or an empty delivery.
To provide a pleasant buyer/seller experience, we ask that you deliver the requested work within the agreed upon time frame. Abusing the delivery button is a violation of our Terms of Service and harms the integrity of our marketplace. We recommend changing your delivery time or extending the delivery time within the order (if you are unable to meet the deadline).

And @misscrystal how’s your fiverr journey going, are you getting orders or you are also pulled to the last pages of search results?

As many old sellers are facing this

I only want to know as it demotivates many of us

From what I can tell, these warnings tend to happen based on what the buyer says in their revision request. There are a number of options to choose from for buyers and from what people have said on here at different times, I believe these are automatic warnings.

Which is a joke…

The buyer marked the order as delivered now, but i cant understand why i got flagged, the support is not helpful at all…

The answer is right above what you just wrote. Please read what eoinfinnigan said just now. It was automatic based on what the buyer marked as the reason for the revision request but at any rate it sounds like it’s finally over.
