Order revision is dropping my completion rate?

I was under the impression if I complete the gig on time then it does not affect my order completion rate? My order completion is dropping significantly. Will this change when all the revisions are done? The client is not responding so I am not sure on what I should do and I do not want to bother the client too much.

Completion rate only counts what % of the total amount of orders in the last 60 days were completed rather than cancelled. It isn’t affected if an order is late (unless it gets cancelled). Late deliveries is another stat (though I think mostly as long as the first delivery is on time it should be okay), ie. if they keep asking for more and more revisions that shouldn’t make it go late as far as I know, even if it shows as late on the order.

One thing you should know is that those algorithms are programmed to just move up and down depending on a set timing. That is why anytime your order time marks late- it doesn’t matter whether it is for a revision or not - the completion rating just drops.

Haven said that, I think you should just finish up that job as quick as you can. Also note, that when your order is marked late, it affects your sales by 10%. That is, your chances of getting more jobs will drop by 10%.

Finally, to your question. Your completion rate won’t come up as fast as you are thinking. It will come up as you keep delivering your jobs on time.
