I was a away for a while for a tangible cause, upon open my account back, I had a message which I don’t know but before I noticed, it is more are than 24 hours which has put my response rate to 0%. Please who can help to improve the rate. Thank you

The only way to improve your response rate that I know of is just making sure you respond to your messages that you get from now on in a timely manner. It will go up again.
