I have heard a news social media marketing is spelling is it true?how can I marketing in social media to increase my impression and views and clicks for my gig.

Not all social media marketing is spamming, but some is.

The Cambridge dictionary defines spamming as follows:

the activity of sending advertisements… to people who do not want to receive them

If you post your gig link in unrelated Twitter conversations, you’re spamming. If you post your gig link in Facebook groups that don’t allow or don’t want advertising in them, you’re spamming.

If a friend of yours posts on Facebook that they’re looking to connect with a designer, and you send them your gig link, you’re not spamming.
