Who should cancel an order to minimise harm to both parties?

A customer and I have been working together for a few days and we’re not quite meshing. He thinks he may have better luck with someone less knowledgable about the subject, but we want to know WHO should initiate the cancellation process so neither of us gets burned by silly ranking changes…

Unfortunately, even if your buyer cancels the order, you will be affected cuz your order completion % will get affected. The seller is definitely affected irrespective of who cancels the order. :frowning_face:
