I am not getting order?

On May I Completed 5 Orders With 5 Stars.But After That On 6th Order Buyer Gave Me 3.7 So I asked The Buyer And Got A Warning After That I Am Not Getting Much Buyer Messages.
What To Do Now? Thanks

It is against the rules to ask for reviews, or ask a buyer why he/she gave you a certain review. Accept the reviews you get, and move on.

If you want more customers, you are going to have to go find them. Show them how you can solve their needs, and convince them to hire you. This is how business works.

Why are you relying on the buyer request section to provide all your sales? Surely you are thinking like a businessman, and marketing and promoting your services to the target customers that need what you have to offer?
