Why it is not my mistake and some body can easily destroy my profile and he done it.

There’s nothing you can do beyond what @mariashtelle1 has already told you.

For future reference, if a client makes a mistake when ordering and you have to cancel, ask Customer Support to cancel the order for you, as there’s a better chance that the cancellation will not affect your stats. But on this occasion, there’s nothing you can do beside try and get some more orders to bump your stats up.

For future reference, if a client makes a mistake when ordering and you have to cancel, ask Customer Support to cancel the order for you, as there’s a better chance that the cancellation will not affect your stats. But on this occasion, there’s nothing you can do beside try and get some more orders to bump your stats up.

From which period cancellation by CS doesn’t affect rating? Cause when I had this problem, when a buyer like three times ordered my gig mistakenly, and I said what happened to CS and asked CS to cancel it. It did affect my rating. And the CS said they can not do anything about it cause it’s the system…

It did affect my rating.

I asked CS once to cancel order and it didn’t effect on my rating.

There are no guarantees that a cancellation via Customer Support will not affect your rating. I said there’s a better chance that it won’t.

If you cancel yourself by Mutual Cancellation, it will definitely affect you. If you ask Customer Support to intervene, there’s a chance that it won’t affect you, but only a chance.
