Cause when I had this problem, when a buyer like three times ordered my gig mistakenly, and I said what happened to CS and asked CS to cancel it. It did affect my rating. I said there’s a better chance that it won’t.If you cancel yourself by Mutual Cancellation, it will definitely affect you.
