How Long To Review My Video?

I created my profile almost a week ago and my video is still under review. Any idea how much longer it will take?

I’m not sure how. When I go to the Help & Support page there is nothing listed, nor can I find a link at the bottom of a page where such things are generally located. That is why I posted this here. If I can figure out how to contact them then I’ll do that.
