A Bug Maybe on fiverr site

Few minutes from now, a client reaches out to me. he sent me the image of logo he wants. Whenever he uploads that image and send it to me. The image just vanishes, i saw the image in the inbox and then it just got removed by fiverr or it may be bug. And i lose a client due to this.

Please let me know, about this issue.
